CONCEPT & VISION

The common imprint is given by the variety of styles and concepts that we find in the environments, a mix of personalities between classic, retro, and industrial.

The details and the dressing were taken care of by the emerging designer Margherita Marfo who reinterpreted the concept of "condominium" in a modern key, giving color, life and personality, mixing concepts and artistic forms for a new concept restaurant.

The soul of the building comes to life with its guests through an ironic and original key that lives right in the condominium concept, from the naming of the dishes to the personality of the staff involved.

MEETING AT THE BUILDING

But the big news comes from "The Mailbox". In fact, each guest can choose at the beginning of the evening if they "get rid" of their smartphone to disconnect from technology and fully dedicate themselves to their loved one, their family or to dialogues with their dinner companions without the continuous distraction of notifications or SMS. For those who decide to opt for the "tech free" option, they can store their iPhone in their personal mailbox and will be given a welcome bottle. A valid alternative to the smartphone and an excellent companion for a dinner to live in company.

Always in a tech-free perspective the reviews will be entrusted to paper and pen and can be posted in mailboxes, leaving a personal memory of the first dinner "Al Condominio".

A NEW AND CONTEMPORARY RESTAURANT OFFER

"The restaurant offer of our city is very wide and quality, especially thanks to historical entrepreneurs and a large group of young restaurateurs who every day work with passion and dedication to offer the local and tourist audience a quality offer. We therefore had to work on the concept, on something that is currently not there and that could attract the curiosity of a customer increasingly looking for novelties and experiences both wine and social. Hence the idea of proposing a new interpretation of what is the classic restaurant of our city." Angelo Lella - co-creator of the Format.

SOME ITALIANNESS WITH A CAREFUL LOOK AT THE INTERNATIONAL SPECIALTIES.

"In our "condominium" kitchen - says Michele - co-founder and chef of the new format- , we find a concept restaurant that combines tradition, fantasy and international taste. We will propose a mix of styles and personalities reinterpreting iconic dishes and giving space to international moods. Every week the dish "Lo Straniero" will be the protagonist of the discovery of ethnic flavors and tastes."

AN INNOVATIVE AND VERSATILE LOCATION

"We wanted to invest heavily in this new concept. On 1 March we will have the pleasure of opening the doors to a contemporary restaurant, with international taste and that Verona lacked; a place that opens to new emotions, where to spend pleasant moments with friends, to celebrate important occasions, but also an environment that lends itself to business moments and private events, all seasoned with a unique atmosphere and strong personality."
